Arbour Grove Nursery
Arbour Grove Nursery is a nursery specialising in the propagation of fruit trees and vines. Owned and operated by Megan and Dave Crowhurst, the nursery is situated in the wonderful growing climate of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland.
Arbour Grove’s establishment was born from a need for passionfruit plants. At the time, growers were struggling to source quantities of vines they needed. Local nurseries had ceased propagating these vines and growers were in need of a new supplier.
So with a handful of orders from local growers, we planted our first seed.
Today, Arbour Grove Nursery provides growers up and down Australia’s east coast with approximately 80,000 vines each year.
We’re proud of the significant role our nursery has played in expanding the passionfruit industry.
Whilst our story begins with passionfruit vines, today, we support farmers and nurseries along Australia’s east coast and into South Australia with a wide variety of fruit trees and vines. From avocados and lychees to custard apples and mangoes. We have a wide and ever-expanding range of fruit trees and vines growing in our nursery.
Arbour Grove Nursery became part of the Passionfruit Breeding Program. It sees us partner with universities, industry partners, and passionfruit growers to develop new varieties of this beautiful fruit.
Our nursery has developed long-term relationships with many of our growers and customers. This comes back to our above-and-beyond approach to customer service. Our experienced horticulturists provide customers with advice long after trees and vines have left our nursery.
We aim to visit a number of our growers each year to nurture these relationships and ensure our plants are thriving on your farm. As well as this, our horticulturists attend many industry association meetings and field days to connect with other growers and continue to develop our own knowledge and techniques.

Valley Passions
Valley Passions is a nursery that specialises in growing and supplying various varieties passionfruit vines. Owned and run by Brad and Hanna Millard, the nursery is located in South East Queensland.
Valley Passions started from a simple need — passionfruit plants. At the time, they found it difficult to source the number of vines they needed. Local nurseries had stopped propagating them, leaving many growers searching for a reliable supplier.
In 2015 they planted their first passionfruit seeds and began the process of grafting. Over the years their customer base has grown from local farmers to customers from the East coast of QLD to North QLD, NSW, Northern Territory and Western Australia.
Valley Passions is also proud to be part of the Passionfruit Breeding Program, working alongside universities, industry partners and growers to help develop new and improved varieties of this wonderful fruit.

McLeod Nursery
John & Vicki operate a specialist passionfruit nursery in northern NSW offering grafted purple varieties suitable for cultivation in NSW and SE Queensland.
All grafted plants are grown on approved rootstock in 100mm pots, staked and provided ready to plant.
Collection preferred although delivery can be arranged at buyers’ cost. Give John & Vicki a call to discuss your requirements.
Please remember to place your orders by March at the latest for same calendar year spring delivery.
There is a Plant Breeding Payment Scheme in place for all Tweed varieties; Tango, Flamenco, Gem and Pearl, for the work put in by David Peasley in breeding these varieties.
The plant breeding payment payable is $1 per plant. A 50% discount applies until 30th September 2020 if you were a contributing member of the Northern Rivers Passionfruit Growers Group (NRPGG) who assisted in this breeding project.
